Building onboarding around each role

One onboarding site that gave each role a clear route to the information it needed.

Challenge

Onboarding information was spread across separate materials. Different roles needed different answers, but everyone had to search through the same content.

Response

Grouped the questions and resources by role, then decided what people needed during onboarding and what they would need to find again later.

Built

A microsite with role-based entry points, clear navigation, organised resources, support routes, and wireframes showing how the parts connected.

Result

The team had one organised destination instead of scattered material. New starters could follow the path for their role and return to useful resources later.
