Keeping learning active after launch

A practical plan for practice, manager support, communication, and measurement after the formal programme ended.

Challenge

The formal programme ended at launch. After that, there was no shared plan for continued practice, manager follow-up, or seeing whether people were using the learning.

Response

Mapped what should happen after launch: when people would practise, what managers would reinforce, what reminders were needed, and what the team needed to measure.

Built

A post-launch plan covering practice activities, manager support, communications, dashboards, measures, and small pilots.

Result

The team had a practical way to continue the programme after launch and a clear set of measures for deciding what to improve.
